Terms of use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the WlasnyCRM service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are concluded between you and Roman Slyvinskyi, a sole proprietor (NIP 6312715172, REGON 526122150) — the “Controller”. The Controller reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

2. Description of the Service

WlasnyCRM designs and deploys CRM/ERP systems, providing tools for customer relationship management, business process automation and integration with external services.

The Service is provided “as is”, and the Controller reserves the right to change or discontinue any features without prior notice.

3. Registration and account

Access to certain features of the Service may require account registration. You undertake to:

• Provide true and current information during registration.
• Keep your account login details confidential.
• Immediately notify the Controller of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all actions taken through your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activity or in violation of the rights of third parties.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or networks.
• Distribute malware or spam.
• Collect personal data of other users without their consent.
• Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the Service without the Controller’s permission.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, texts and trademarks, belong to the Controller or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Any other use without the Controller’s written permission is prohibited.

6. Payments and billing

Selected features of the Service may be provided for a fee. Payment terms, pricing and billing arrangements are set out in separate agreements between the Controller and the client.

The Controller reserves the right to change pricing, giving users at least 30 days’ notice before the changes take effect.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranties. The Controller is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
• Interruptions in the operation of the Service, errors or data loss.
• Actions of third parties related to the use of the Service.

The Controller’s total liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by notifying the Controller.

The Controller may restrict or terminate your access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without a refund.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the Controller’s place of business, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
